Schools working within the Trust have a professional, collaborative working partnership. We seek to identify best practice and expertise from within our own schools and encourage excellence to be shared.
Working together, our schools organise an action-packed programme of collaboration activities each term.
The focus is always on three key areas of development:
Schools within our local community are welcome to take part in these events.
School leaders may wish to access the extensive support network within which the Trust operates and, again, this can be arranged without the need to join the Trust.
Whether you would like to work on a strategic level with our Trust Executives or simply wish to talk through an operational issue such as organising trips and visits, completing risk assessments, SEN/Inclusion support for a child (or group of children) utilising our expertise in this area or learn more about any of our traded services, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
As leaders in schools, we know that there are education challenges that keep us awake at night. We believe in identifying and tackling the challenge head-on. We invest in our team and our extensive CPLD programme includes our 'Learning Together for Leaders' workshops. We commission three special, bespoke and intimate specialist training days for leaders to give them personal access to enable a high-impact outcome for their school.
Throughout the year we will have numerous opportunities for Principals to come together to discuss and collaborate on a range of topics that they agree are important for them and their school to work.
Possible themes include (but are not limited to): reading, writing, spelling, attendance, subject leadership and anything else you would to collaborate on.
These collaboration days are on:
We offer collaboration events for other members of staff as well. This provides the opportunity for staff from different schools to come together to collaborate on different topics, learning from each other and developing ideas.
These collaboration sessions will follow set themes that we believe are important and will benefit from collaborative work. These sessions will be targeted at specific staff and will run for a full day and then there will be a 1 hour session (4pm - 5pm) for all staff who wish to attend.
Staff collaboration events will take place on the following dates
Students from different schools will also be invited to join in on the collaboration. We have planned three dates across the year that will be themed days for all students to get involved.
If you would like to get involved with any of our collaboration events, please contact Roberta Lowe, Executive PA r.lowe@teameducation.org
